Cockerham Sands Country Park provides the ideal base from which to explore Lancashire and the North West of England, with many of the region’s attractions within easy reach of the park.
Blackpool, one of Britains’s most popular holiday destinations, is only twenty-five miles away, and the Lake District National Park, complete with its dramatic scenery, is less than an hour by car.
The Forest of Bowland, an area renowned for its wildlife and natural beauty, sits just the other side of the M6, while the historic city of Lancaster is only seven miles from the park.
