Private Licensed Club with 2 bars
The private licensed club at Six Arches Caravan Park has two bars and offers guests a variety of options when it comes to entertainment, not to mention a warm, friendly welcome from our staff.
The ground floor bar is the place to be for entertainment, an opportunity to let your hair down after a day exploring Lancashire, the Lake District, Morecambe Bay, or wherever you may have found yourself. Our resident DJ plays host to excited holiday-makers, laying on live entertainment throughout the holiday season, including bingo, discos and a number of themed nights. There really is something to suit all tastes.
The quieter, first floor lounge bar offers guests a more relaxed atmosphere, where they can sit and enjoy the company of friends, while taking in the beautiful view of the surrounding Lancashire hills.
Children are welcome in the club. However, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
Discover our delicious fish and chips
At Six Arches Caravan Park, you don’t even have to leave the site to enjoy one of Britain’s favourite dishes, so you can plan your day out knowing that dinner is taken care of. Take the kids on a donkey ride in Blackpool; tackle that Lake District fell you’ve been waiting to climb; explore the trails in the Forest of Bowland on a mountain bike; or recreate the famous Eric Morecambe pose on the front in Morecambe.
Whatever fun and excitement your day has brought you, our on-site fish and chip shop will round it off in style. Mouth-watering, fresh fish with perfectly fried chips, served with mushy peas, a dash of vinegar and a sprinkle of salt. It doesn’t get much better than that!
Of course, for those of you who don’t like fish, other dishes are available, including sausages, pies and burgers.
Times do vary dependant on the time of year, please enquire.
Unwind in our heated swimming & paddling pool
The heated swimming pool at Six Arches Caravan Park has proved hugely popular over the years. Whether it’s a chance to have some fun in the pool, or an opportunity to work off some of the delicious fish and chips from the night before, there’s something very satisfying about swimming in an outdoor pool. And it’s a sure sign that you’re on holiday.
For those of you who don’t want to swim, but who need to keep an eye on younger family members, there is plenty of room around the pool. A great spot for any sun worshippers!
Alongside the main pool, there is also a smaller toddler pool, perfect for little paddlers.
Venture out into our open spaces
While there is plenty to do in Lancashire and the surrounding area, if you simply want to relax and enjoy Six Arches Caravan Park, you can keep yourself and your family occupied without the need to travel further afield.
Many of our guests like to sit on the banks of the River Wyre and simply watch the wildlife, feed the ducks, or while away the hours fishing, miles away from the humdrum of everyday life.
The well-stocked Six Arches shop means there are no last minute drives into Scorton or Garstang for everyday essentials.
If you’ve arrived and your children or dogs are full of energy after a long car journey, Six Arches has a children’s play area and an exercise area for dogs, where your lively passengers can let off steam.
